1.Raw material quality inspection

2.Screen Test

This step mainly detects screens issues such as dead pixels, flickering, black spots, bright spots, lines, and unclear display that may occur during production.

3.Incoming aging test

Over 150 hours of aging tests primarily assess the stability and reliability of the equipment, helping to identify potential hardware issues early and reducing equipment failures.

4.Whole machine aging

Whole machine aging 72 hours is a crucial step to ensure product quality and stability. By simulating prolonged usage, potential issues can be identified and resolved early, thereby reducing the likelihood of product failures during actual use.
